Location:   Rimbey Agrium Center, Rimbey, AB

Other Events:    In conjunction with the AB Percheron Club Foal Show and Chore Team Competition

Barns/Stalling:   There are 50 – 60 box stalls in an indoor heated building and 15 covered outdoor box stalls.

Cost: $35 per night, bulk shavings are available for our use.  You are more than welcome to bring your own bedding (shavings or straw)

WE MUST CLEAN OUR STALLS OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING.

There are 3 big outdoor stock pens 45′ x 45′ (holds 6 horses) $40/night and 6 small outdoor stock pens 20′ x 20′ $20/night.  These are best for the chore horses.

Self penning is welcome to the South of the barn.  Please clean up after yourself.

The WR Futurity is going to try to subsidize the stalling cost as we did last year. The cost will likely be $25 for 1 day, $40 for 2 day stalling. This is a tentative cost depending upon sponsorship.

Tack Stall:   The Futurity will pay for tack stalls.  Please share your tack stalls with others.  We will be tight on indoor stalling so please share tack stalls.

Wash Racks:   There are wash racks available inside the barn area as well as the arena.

Hotel:   Canalta is on the West side of Rimbey 403-843-3808

Camping:   Rimbey has an open area north of the barn for free camping.  Plug-ins are available at $20/weekend.  Please call Julie 403-506-1722 or email sanlanjulie@gmail.com to book your camping site.

Parking:   There is ample parking available for your trucks and trailers. Please do not block the emergency exit doors. You may pull up to the doors to unload your trailer.

Concession:   There will be a concession available on site for Breakfast, Lunch and Supper.

Supper/social:   Saturday night 7 pm.  Menu TBA
