Location:   Agricenter Building at Westerner Park, Red Deer, AB

Barns/Stalling:   There are 150 box stalls in an indoor heated building.

Cost: $126 for the weekend (cost is the same if it’s 1 night or 3 nights).  Please bring your own bedding (shavings or straw).  We might have straw available for purchase (pre-ordered).  More info to come.

You may show off your trailer on the south side of the arena.

The WR Futurity is going to try to subsidize the stalling cost as we did last year. The cost will likely be $50/stall. This is a tentative cost depending upon sponsorship.

Tack Stall:   The Futurity will pay for tack stalls.  Please share your tack stalls with others. 

Wash Racks:   There are wash racks available by the stabling area.

Camping:   Camping is available right beside the arena (north side) OR in the Westerner Campground (4847 – 19 Street).  All camping must be booked and paid through the campground directly.  $32/night, 403-352-8801.

Parking:   There is ample parking available for your trucks and trailers. Please do not block the emergency exit doors. You may pull up to the doors to unload your trailer.

Concession:   There will be a concession available on site.  Open from 11 – 1.
